Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using MySwapSpace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use MySwapSpace. By using the platform, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and listing items.

Listing Items

By listing an item on MySwapSpace, you confirm that you own the item, that it is accurately described and photographed, that it is in the condition stated, and that it meets our minimum value requirement of $25. You agree not to list counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited items.

Swap Fees and Payments

All swaps require an 18% swap fee paid by both parties based on their respective item values. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Swap fees are non-refundable once a swap is confirmed.

Account Freezing

If you accept a swap and fail to pay your swap fee within 24 hours of the other party paying, your account will be frozen until the fee is paid. Repeated failures to pay may result in permanent account termination.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misrepresent items, manipulate the platform, harass other users, attempt to complete swaps outside of the platform, or engage in any fraudulent activity. Violations may result in immediate account termination.

Limitation of Liability

MySwapSpace is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the swap fees paid in the transaction giving rise to the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

This platform's exchange processes are legally protected intellectual property. Any individual or company that copies, imitates, or replicates these methods will be subject to federal prosecution and civil liability.
