Quality Check & Authentication
Every item is inspected for quality and condition. High-end and designer pieces go through our expert authentication process before going live.
Your Item Goes Live
Once approved, your item is listed on the marketplace for swappers across the country to discover and request.
Receive a Swap Request
Other users can send swap requests for your item, offering items of similar value within $15. You can accept or deny any request.
Pay the Swap Fee
When you accept a request, both parties pay a small swap fee based on their item's value. This covers warehouse operations, quality checks, and platform costs.
Free Outbound Shipping
Once both swap fees are paid, we ship both items to their new owners — completely free. Your new item arrives straight to your door.

We accept clothing, shoes, and accessories valued at $25 or more. Items must be in good condition — clean, no major damage, and accurately described.
What if my item is not approved?
If your item does not pass our quality check, we will notify you by email and give you the option to have it returned or donated.
How long does shipping take?
Inbound shipping to our warehouse depends on your carrier. Once a swap is confirmed and paid, outbound shipping typically takes 3-5 business days.
Can I swap multiple items at once?
Yes! You can bundle multiple lower-value items to match the value of a higher-value item, as long as the combined value is within $15.
Is there a membership fee?
No — MySwapSpace is completely free to join. You only pay a small swap fee when you complete a swap.
