How long does it take to get my item listed?

Once we receive your item, allow 3-5 business days for quality inspection. You will be notified by email when your item goes live.

What happens if my item fails the quality check?

We will email you with details. You can choose to have the item returned or donated.

When will I get my tracking number?

Tracking information is sent within 1-3 business days after your swap is fully confirmed and paid.

Can I cancel a swap after accepting?

You can cancel before payment is made. Once payment is submitted, swaps cannot be canceled.

What if I never received my item?

Contact us at support@myswapspace.com within 14 days of your expected delivery date and we will investigate with the carrier.
