Inbound Shipping — Sending Items to Us
When you list an item on MySwapSpace, you are responsible for shipping it to our warehouse. You can purchase a discounted shipping label directly from your dashboard. Once purchased, print the label and drop your package off at the designated carrier location. Items must be securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
Inbound Shipping Costs
Inbound shipping labels are available at discounted rates through our Shippo integration. The cost of the label is paid by the seller at the time of purchase. MySwapSpace does not cover inbound shipping costs.
Outbound Shipping — We Ship to You
Once a swap is fully confirmed and both swap fees are paid, MySwapSpace ships the item to the recipient completely free of charge. Outbound shipping is always free on every swap — no exceptions.
Outbound Delivery Times
Once a swap is confirmed, please allow 1-3 business days for processing and shipping. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive tracking information within 1-3 business days of your swap being confirmed.
Warehouse Processing
All items are shipped to our central warehouse where they are inspected and authenticated before being listed. Processing times at our warehouse are typically 3-5 business days after we receive your item.
Lost or Damaged Packages
MySwapSpace is not responsible for items lost or damaged during inbound shipping. We recommend purchasing insurance for high-value items. For outbound shipments, please contact us at support@myswapspace.com if your package is lost or damaged and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
International Shipping
Currently MySwapSpace only ships within the United States. We do not accept items from or ship to international addresses at this time.
