Swap Fees
Swap fees are non-refundable once a swap has been confirmed and both parties have paid. The 18% swap fee covers warehouse operations, quality inspection, authentication, and platform costs.
Canceled Swaps Before Payment
If a swap request is canceled before payment is made by either party, no charges are applied and no refund is necessary.
Item Not as Described
If an item you receive is significantly different from how it was described or photographed on the platform, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item at support@myswapspace.com. We will review your claim and work to find a fair resolution, which may include a partial or full refund of your swap fee.
Items That Do Not Pass Quality Check
If your item does not pass our quality inspection upon arrival at our warehouse, we will notify you by email. In this case, your item will not be listed and you will be given the option to have it returned to you or donated. Inbound shipping costs are not refundable in this case.
Damaged Items During Outbound Shipping
If your item arrives damaged due to our outbound shipping, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will file a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@myswapspace.com with your account email, the swap request ID, and a description of the issue. We will respond within 2-3 business days.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and will be returned to the original payment method.
